For most people, including me, it´s really difficult to assess their own Speaking Skills, because they don’t have the needed objectivity and experience. That’s why I would recommend anybody who is trying to find out how good his performance at the Speaking Section is or anybody who is trying to find out how to improve to do so with the Speaking Evaluation.

I have been trying for TOEFL several times with no luck in the Speaking section. Actually, I needed 26 but I kept getting 25. Finally, I decided to get a speaking evaluation with TST Prep. I took an evaluation with Jamie Tanzman 3 days before my test. She is really awesome. She was able to determine my weaknesses. Plus, she gave me great tips. Clearly, I followed her advice and I got 28/30 in the Speaking section. So if you’re struggling with the speaking section, I definitely recommend getting the evaluation with TST Prep.

I took the Speaking evaluation. This is a one-on-one class in the comfort of my own home. Jamie was able to make me relax, pointed out my weaknesses, and gave advice on how to approach every question. Follow-up email and the recordings are super helpful too. In my notes before every question, I would put “things to avoid/ not forget”. Speak up and follow the direction that you were given.
I found the TOEFL test very difficult especially the reading part. TST Prep’s videos helped me a lot and I wouldn’t have been able to get the score I needed without them. Josh gave me excellent tips on how to handle the time on the speaking part and on some other things that were preventing me from getting my goal score. With his help, I was able to achieve 29 on the speaking part totaling 104 on my score. I highly recommend Josh and the TST Prep team to everyone who’s studying with TOEFL.

I first took it on July 12, 2019. I needed a 24 in Speaking but I got 23. I ended up scoring 30/30 in Speaking in the second test. I scheduled a 1 time 30-min speaking class with Jamie. Although it was a short conversation, she gave me a few but powerful tips to succeed. Just the push I needed to change my mindset because I was missing the big picture. Best decision I could have ever made. About the test: before 01-Aug: longer but more chances to make mistakes and still get good grades. After the August 1st exam is just shorter, NOT easier (They took away all “easier” types of questions). And I particularly believe this second time had even harder passages (especially in R and L).
Katie Reaburn is the best teacher ever! I was suffering with English speaking for a long time. I was already living in the USA for over 10 years and I needed 26+ on TOEFL speaking section to get my architecture license. I was studying by myself very hard before each exam: I took the first test 3 years ago and I received 22 in speaking and 81 overall. Then I retook TOEFL tests several times with results of 22-23 in the speaking section each time and overall scores always above 90. After my 9th exam, I was extremely tired and totally hopeless that I would ever be able to pass it. (…)
I needed 26+ on speaking and 24+ on writing. I had taken TOEFL several times but never had these two scores at the same time and in one test which has been very frustrating. With the help of Katie, I was able to get 27! Her tips and advice helped me a lot to improve my intonation and other skills. I believe her group classes created a positive atmosphere to be motivated and enjoy practicing for TOEFL. She is passionate & energetic. I highly recommend her for those who are particularly stuck in 25 & 24 scores.
My TOEFL experience was honestly pretty fast but rewarding. My English level was already above the average but I only had 5 days to prepare for the test and I worked hard, especially for the speaking section. I got a 109, with the lowest score 26, in the Speaking section indeed.
I only had one speaking lesson which turned out to be essential to get speaking score up of 3-4 points I believe. I booked one day for the next one and getting in touch with the teacher was easy and informal. We planned my lesson together and she really did her best to find a spot for me despite my very tight deadline. (…)
Hi, this is Saigeetha from India. I got 28 in speaking after my couple of failed attempts with scores of 24 and 23 in speaking. After my failures, I totally gave up that I can’t reach the required score of 26 in speaking. My husband read about TST PREP courses and he advised me to take group classes. First of all, Marina is awesome with her quick email replies. Next my group classes teacher Jamie Tanzman never forget to find mistakes in responses.
She taught us intonation, phrasal verbs, word stress, adverbs, adjectives and pronunciation with appropriate template and sample response for each question. She has motivated us a lot. Last but not least Josh has a smile in his face all the time. I followed that by smiling before starting each response which reduced my anxiety level. All in all TST PREP is THE BEST for TOEFL preparation. My best wishes to all the TOEFL aspirants.

I highly recommend Jamie Tanzman TOEFL Speaking lessons because she is an amazing and beyond question qualified teacher. I benefited so much from her classes which led me to the score of 26 on Speaking! Before Jamie, I didn’t feel confident enough and she supported me through all the process by encouraging me and helping me develop my skills. I will be forever grateful.
I had no previous experience with TOEFL and needed to score high (100/120), so it was absolutely vital to have a knowledgeable, experienced and kind teacher to explain the exam structure and give the best strategy to achieve a high score. The Speaking section was the hardest part for me since English is not my native language, and I ended up scoring a 29 with TST Prep Speaking group class!
The Speaking group classes with Katie were very well-structured and approached all key points necessary to achieve a high score (aiming for >26). Every class, after the main topic/strategy explained, we got to practice a little and get immediate feedback, which was very helpful. Truth is I never missed one class because of the good energy and easiness that I felt every moment. (…)
My past TOEFL experiences were filled with a lot of anxiety. My English was borderline to succeed so I decided to take a course. My teacher gave us a good template with native English idioms, which are a must to succeed. She also helped me to feel confident facing a microphone by talking with emotions. I really recommend the classes, they are a step forward to reach your goal.
I would like to thank you all from TST Prep for the help during my preparation for the TOEFL exam, the YouTube channel helped me a lot, the videos are very updated and accurate about the test. I did the TOEFL iBT special home edition last week and I am happy that I overcome this obstacle. Especially, I would like to thank the teacher Jamie Tanzman. I had a speaking evaluation section with her, and her comments about my speaking skills helped me to correct some mistakes and improve a lot. My score on the speaking section was 27 thanks to her and TST courses. I wish you that you keep doing this good work helping students prepare for the TOEFL exam, with great teachers, great method, and fair price.
This was the first time that I took TOEFL. The only previous experience that I had with a proficiency test was when I prepared myself for FCE/Cambridge. I’ve found the speaking evaluation very useful when it comes to helping me go the extra mile for succeeding in TOEFL. Jamie has pinpointed important details to add in my speech that I was not aware of.
I believe what has helped me the most to get a 24 in speaking was the intonation. Before TST, I did not take intonation into account. However, after my class I understood how being able to speak livelily could help me succeed in the exam.
Jamie is an absolutely amazing teacher and I think there is nobody who can prepare you better for the TOEFL Speaking than her! I booked a speaking evaluation with Jamie and she gave me some great advice about how to approach the specific questions.
Jamie is genuinely interested in your success and very passionate about teaching. Besides that, the session was totally affordable, and I can highly recommend to book an evaluation as well! I wish you all the best and thank you again for everything. You are doing a great job!
Having my speaking skills assessed by Todd was a great move. Todd guided me through a full Speaking section as it would happen in the test center. He provided great advice in real time and later on sent me a report with detailed feedback about my performance, including a grade and what I shall focus on to achieve my goal.
I was very happy with Todd’s work and I highly recommend any TOEFL taker to book a Speaking Evaluation with him. Thanks so much for your invaluable help and for being honest about my weaknesses. I do not like teachers that always tell me that I am good. It is better to hear the truth and work hard to improve. That said, scoring high rather than low boosts motivation! (…)
My past TOEFL experience was more like a self-taught experience. I tried to achieve the score that I needed without knowing the exam. In that time I got to practice with TST videos and used templates provided in those tutorials. I needed to get an 84 overall but, specifically, 26 points on the speaking section.
That first time I got only 22 points, I had no idea about what to do with question 3 or 4 (that time I took the 6 questions version), and I was always eaten by the clock. I knew from that moment that it wouldn’t be possible to get the score that I needed if I didn’t prepare myself in a proper way. (…)
Thanks Todd for being such a great friendly teacher. Your classes are both helpful and fun. With you I never felt bored while I was learning. I really enjoyed being your student.
The speaking evaluation I had was really good, it helped me a lot to know an approximate score and what could I do to improve it. He explained how the test was scored and went through my answers with me and told me what I could do differently, he gave me a lot of feedback which was what I was looking for.
Josh’s videos made me gain confidence, and his advice was really precious. I don’t know how I would have done without his help. They are really easy to follow, and if you study thanks thoroughly to them, YOU WILL get your dream score.
I also booked speaking evaluation appointments with Jamie, and she was so reassuring and kind. She also made me more confident about myself since the speaking section was the part I feared the most. Thanks to her, I achieved my dream score (and surpassed it, actually!) I ended up having 25/30W, 27/30L, 28/30S, and 29/30W. THANK YOU, TST PREP!!!!!! (…)
Jamie provided me lots of confidence and also gave me many native speakers’ templates. The most important was that she told me how to use rhythm to speak English, although I was not good at that. She also encouraged me to find a partner to practice speaking English every day.
I had lots of word filters in my response, so she helped me to reduce a lot. That was the key to success in the speaking part if you wanted to get over 20. Although I just practiced more in the speaking part, my other three parts also have a few improvements. The speaking improvement can reflect on other aspects of English using abilities. (…)
Jamie gave me advice that I hadn’t seen anywhere else. She helped me to understand my weaknesses and gave me confidence when I was terrified of the speaking section. She also gave me some very useful tailored tips and tricks. All in all, she is a very professional teacher that I recommend. I took the Emergency Course which covers the four sections. It enabled me to gain a better understanding of the test. I would advise anyone to take at least this course! (…)
May TST prep will make many more students happier with getting their desired score on TOEFL! I started to prepare for the TOEFL exam last year. After six months of preparation, I took the exam, but I wasn’t satisfied with my listening and reading score, so I canceled the score right away.
It was so frustrating for me because I was stressed on the exam and couldn’t concentrate enough to answer all the speaking questions. This section was very significant to me because I needed to reach the score of 26/30. Therefore, I decided to take it seriously and meet with Jamie from TST Prep. (…)
I took 24+ writing class with Josh, I had not been confident as I am now. His method of teaching is very strategic. His strategy is to help you set the psychological state first to be ready for studying, then he explained how the e-rater work, so you can easily organize yourself to beat it.
The second major assistance is his teaching materials are holistic and tidy. The assignments have helped me to resolve my issues on my weak areas in grammar. Last thing he is resourceful and informative and willing to put his soul on helping out to reach my goal score, which is a BIG distinctive difference between him and other TOEFL teachers who are just caring about taking your money.
I had to take the TOEFL to prove my English proficiency for the masters that I am applying to start this year. The feedback from the teacher helped me to correct many aspects on the writing test. One of the aspects was to simplify my writing, as using the right verb tense for example.
Another feedback that helped me was to pay attention to how I was linking the information from the reading and the listening on the integrated test. I had no idea that I could commit any mistake like that. The feedback helped me to realize that the lack of text editing was undermining my score as well. I had some misspellings and through the teacher’s feedback, I got to identify and correct them. The feedback was extremely easy to understand and to identify each mistake that I had made. (…)
I have ordered the TOEFL Writing Evaluations deluxe package on your website on May 12. I finished all the writings last week and took the test last Sunday. I am glad to inform you that I scored 26 in the writing section and 116 in total. I appreciate so much for the great comments you gave me and all the awesome videos on YouTube. I think I improved a lot in writing thanks to your recommendation. I also improved in speaking by watching YouTube videos filmed by Josh, Jamie, and other instructors. Thanks to your lessons, I can now proceed to apply for a master’s degree in the US.
The classes were great, they helped me a lot, especially on the integrated writing test. The writing evaluation pointed out all the mistakes I had in my writing, and this helped me to improve. It helped me to study a lot by myself. I mean, me and the online resources. As a side note, I’ve also watched the TOEFL Emergency Course and it was very helpful. I did all the tests, and this is really important.
I used an advanced template for the independent writing essay, just like Josh says in one of his YouTube videos, and it helped a lot. I’ve memorized it according to my past life experience and it really got stuck in my mind. It was easy to change some words without changing the memorized structure. (…)
I took TOEFL 3 times, got 21 on the Writing section every time. Watched many different videos on YouTube but none of them were useful. It was then when I came across the TST Prep website and their writing evaluation packages were extremely helpful. It Increased my Writing score by 4 points !!!
I never had time to edit my writings but with the templates and the strategies provided by TST Prep, I was able to correct my mistakes and eventually boost my score. I still can’t believe my eyes! 25 from writing seemed IMPOSSIBLE to me!! I strongly recommend TST Prep to those who are struggling with TOEFL writing, are slow writers, or don’t know why they can’t get a good score on the writing section.

Thank you Josh and to the staff of TST Prep for helping me obtain the passing score that I need for my Certification program. I bought the writing evaluation plus 6x and it was worth it. The evaluation helped me to identify my mistakes and build up my writing skills. I highly recommend it and I only watched the videos of Josh and took some of the free practice tests. I received my score last Friday which is 89. God bless you guys and more power to you!
I liked the TST Prep videos on YouTube and therefore sought them out for personalized coaching. I took lessons with three different professors, Professor Reaburn, Professor Tanzman, and Professor Berrios. They accommodated my desire to fit 18 hours of personal coaching within 2 weeks. Prof. Reaburn particularly allowed me to take two-hour classes almost every day.
Beyond surpassing the required scores, the TOEFL guidance that I received from TST Prep really improved my reading, listening, speaking, and writing styles. Finally, TST Prep helped me to surpass the required scores and improved my overall confidence. (…)
I mainly studied following the free online videos offered by TST Prep. However, I also took evaluations with Jamie and Katie to improve my speaking skills. The speaking section was the most challenging for me. Thanks to both teachers I have been able to be more confident and manage my time accurately.
I took one speaking evaluation with Katie, and two with Jamie. Basically, both teachers are highly friendly and make students comfortable from the beginning. Knowing how challenging this section is, it is a great approach for students to relax and open up. Feedbacks, insights, and ways of improvements provided by teachers are highly appreciated. TST Prep team’s professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm definitely helped me to reach my goals. (…)
I’m just passing by to say thank you to all of you, for your valuable time spent with me and for all the tips you gave me for achieving my TOEFL score. (O:100; R:26; L:25; S:24; W:25) As teachers, you gave me the tools I needed to achieve my goals, and I could not be less grateful for that.
You helped me achieve my dream of returning to Switzerland to pursue my Master’s degree, and for this reason, I will forever remember you! Thank you one more time, and I wish you all the best for all.
I had one week to study for the TOEFL test and no experience on the subject. TST Prep came across my searches, and I decided to go with this amazing tool to prepare for this exam. I had one week to study for the TOEFL test and no experience on the subject.
I honestly had no confidence in myself, plus I was pretty nervous and couldn’t do it without the help and strategies I got from Katie and Todd. Besides, they both gave me the peace and the confidence that I need to face this challenge, and as a result, I got the points that I need to be able to apply to Dental School. I really recommend TST Prep’s course for anyone taking the TOEFL, but especially those incredible teachers – no doubt they made the total difference in my performance to reach my goal.
I had taken the TOEFL exam twice before I took TST prep classes. The last score was 107(R30, L30, S23, W24). I figured that it is hard to get 26+ in the Speaking section without assistance from professionals, so I decided to take the course of TST Prep, which provided good YouTube videos.
My teacher, Jamie, was very passionate and professional. I enjoyed the classes with her. She pointed out a lot of mistakes or bad habits of me, but she told me in a way I didn’t get devastated. Although I kept making the same mistakes, she was patient and kept telling me what I should do. I am confident that I could score 26 in the Speaking section because of her. (…)
Before starting my classes with Jamie Tanzman, I was so frustrated because I had taken the TOEFL exam twice without any improvement in my TOEFL Speaking section score. However, after my first class with Jamie, I got 26 in the Speaking section but I didn’t make it in the Writing section. Jamie helped me to trust myself again as she gave me many idioms to use and she also taught me how to speak like native Americans. Finally, after five classes with Jamie, I got the score I wanted both in Speaking and Writing sections.

I took a preparation course with an English Institute locally to prepare myself for the TOEFL test. I was afraid about the speaking section since it was my weakest point but I felt very confident about the test. However, I only managed to get 16 on my first try which was a bit shocking since I didn’t feel I did such a bad job at it and worse, I had no idea how to improve my score. It was clear that I needed to prepare myself somewhere else since I only had one month to get the scores I needed (min 20 points).
Jamie absolutely nailed it and I’m still amazed by how much we managed to improve in such a short time. I will forever recommend TOEFL Speaking Teacher to anyone looking to prepare for the TOEFL test, regardless of their English level. I also attached the scores of both tests. Again, thank you! (…)
Taking TOEFL Speaking Private Lessons was an absolutely worthwhile investment for me. My goal was to get 110 points as an overall TOEFL score to apply for MBA programs. Before I started Jamie’s private lessons, my highest score in the speaking section was 23 points, which prevented me from getting 110 points overall.
Finally, after taking 10 hours of lessons in 5 weeks, I was able to get 112 points with a huge jump in the Speaking section to 27 points! This is totally amazing for me, and I know that I could not achieve my goal without Jamie’s help. I highly recommend Jamie and her team for getting high scores in TOEFL Speaking.
I started preparing for my TOEFL test and soon realized that I was not doing well in the Speaking section.I began to skim over many YouTube videos and came across Josh MacPherson’s lessons. Then, I made an appointment for a test tutorial with Josh and he quickly identified my weaknesses, which I got a chance to work on with Jamie Tanzman, another great teacher.
Jamie taught me a structured way to speak, which proved to be really helpful on the test day. No matter how well one speaks, the stress of the test day can make speechless anyone, and this is when the structure learned comes in handy. So, now I am a proud owner of 26 points on TOEFL Speaking!
Dear Jamie, Thank you so much for all your efforts with me during our group classes. I finally did it!!! I remember our first class when I told you that I took the TOEFL exam twice and you said: “The third time is the charm” and it really was!!!
Thank you again for your advice through the whole course and I have to admit that I benefited a lot from you in different aspects. With you, TOEFL speaking was a piece of cake. Kindly find attached a screenshot of my scores that were released a few minutes ago.
Today I received my scores: total 106 and speaking 23 !!! A new highest score!!! At last, I got enough scores before my graduate school application deadlines!!! I felt so excited, finally, everything paid off!!! Without hesitation, I write this email to sincerely appreciate your teaching and support and share my joy with you.
Recently, I realize that it is TOEFL that really prepares our foreign students for studying abroad. In my exchange life in UCSD, I observe that everyday TOEFL scenarios are happening: discussion with professors, casual talk with friends, lectures…. And thanks to you, I finally got the right way to speak out, your oral words, phrases, intonations help a lot! (…)
After struggling for a long time, I did it. Many thanks to Jamie for her support and unique strategy. I highly recommend her to all students who seek 26+ in the Speaking section.
I was struggling in the speaking section of the TOEFL and was always stuck between 23-25 score. I am a physical therapist, and for licensure purposes, I had to score 26 in the speaking section. I took TOEFL 3 times and I was frustrated by not getting 26 on speaking. This time I was sure that I wouldn’t be able to do it if I did not get the strategies and guidance for Speaking on TOEFL.
One of my friends suggested TOEFL Speaking classes as she herself took them when she was in the same boat as me a couple of years ago. I enrolled in one-on-one sessions with Katie Reaburn and It was the best decision. She encouraged me by suggesting that I am doing good and all I need is to try to put my personal example in questions 1 and 2 which are the Independent speaking questions. (…)
I had taken the TOEFL test for years before I met Jamie and TST Prep group. I was almost hopeless and think about giving up. In the beginning, Jamie evaluated my speaking skills and immediately found out what were my points of strength and weakness.
Also, she provided excellent comments in group classes which helped a lot to overcome my problems. Finally, I passed the test with flying colors. Thank you so much, Jamie and TST Prep group. Great Job!
I took speaking lessons with Katie on Feb 1-7, 2019. Katie helped me a lot in improving and polishing my English speaking. Her tips and tricks in tackling each set made my score skyrocket from 21 to 26 within just a week and a half before my exam!
I took the exam 6 times and I was stuck in the speaking section as I got 24 but I need 26. The classes were like evaluating responses, correcting mistakes, and discussing ideas that would be beneficial for achieving the goal. I worked with Jamie Tanzman and she was super supportive and helpful as she was a friend before being a tutor.
I didn’t really know how to evaluate myself on the speaking and writing section, therefore your help on those sections has been very important for me. I felt a lot more comfortable after having taken a 30 minutes speaking section with Jamie and 2 written essay checks with Josh. They both made me understand my weakness and my strengths.
When I joined TST Prep, I had already taken the TOEFL twice. I was very frustrated with my results. I didn’t know how to speak to get 26 in the Speaking section. My tutor Jamie Tanzman helped me to work in a specific direction by pointing out my weaknesses. Jamie taught me an important essence of speaking which is intonation. I strongly believe that getting 26 would be impossible without her help.
This class mainly worked online which was the epitome for me who lives in a dorm! Also, it is a private lesson that could overcome my weakness. My teacher caught my weakness and gave a solution for me. I got some templates that could help to organize the speaking structure and it worked well!!
The teacher gave some templates for each question and caught my weakness in speaking. I think the main reason that increases my score is not the only template but also she encourages me a lot. So, on the exam day, I could have full confidence to take the exam then I got my ideal score! Thanks to my private teachers to help me out to reach my ideal score on speaking!! It was really helpful, and my teachers were too kind.
I started preparing for the TOEFL two years ago, I wanted a high score (26) in the speaking section for the pharmacy license exam. It was a long journey where I have used many materials, some of them were so helpful and others are useless. Eventually, after going to the test 6 times with no improvement in the speaking I started losing hope.
Luckily, after two years of failure and frustration, one of my friends recommended TST Prep as one of the most beneficial websites for the test. I joined the speaking class with Jamie Tanzman this summer. She gave me the tools and the tips that enabled me to improve my spoken English and build the confidence to speak fluently. Also, she was so supportive, she never lost the faith that I can get 26+, even though I wasn’t sure about it. Thank you sooo much, Jamie, for what you have done for me. I will be forever thankful and appreciated.
I got recommended Jamie to practice with her for my TOEFL exam. Being successful in the TOEFL meant lots to me as it has been decisive for my future studies. My goal was 26 points for the speaking section – the one I was most afraid of. Jamie provided me with so many useful tips and helped me to identify exactly those weaknesses that I couldn’t perceive myself. In the end, I got 28 points!
I scored 110 in my second attempt at TOEFL in less than a month’s time. My earlier score was 101 and I needed 26+ in Speaking. Having followed the YouTube videos by TST Prep, I realized this time I needed to play my cards strong. In my discussion with Jamie, she helped me figure out where my loopholes were and how best I could improve my score just 3 days before my exam!
All her suggestions proved extremely beneficial and helped me take the exam with an open mind. Thanks so much! I scored 110 in my second attempt at TOEFL in less than a month’s time. My earlier score was 101 and I needed 26+ in Speaking. In my discussion with Jamie, she helped me figure out where my loopholes were and how best I could improve my score just 3 days before my exam! I was stuck in getting 23 and 24 in Speaking. Took it 5 times and there was no improvement. Group classes or private ones were really productive, focusing on some specific aspects to reach the 26. It worked. Teachers are patient and encouraging all the time. They know how to always give positive and realistic feedback.
This was the first time I gave TOEFL. I was quite worried about the overall structure of the test, the general flow, and the grading rubrics. Within 45 mins of taking the Emergency Course on Udemy, I had a much better understanding and it was only augmented from thereon. The course helped me by providing me with a, very well thought-out, overview of the structure of the test and its various nuances. It also equipped me with the know-how on what exactly to expect on test day.
What I believe helped me the most has been stated multiple times through the course: “The more you know, the less you fear.” Please continue to educate people in the same way. It really does help people move one step closer towards their dream university. Again, my sincerest thanks to Josh, your endeavors towards enabling people with better language skills are commendable.
In order to be accepted to my master’s program, I was asked to send updated TOEFL scores, which I did 10 years ago. I was looking for specific tips to answer properly, and even though, my English level is good enough, I had no idea how to answer the test properly as I already forgot all about it. This is why I looked for other options than the official guides to get ready and found this Emergency Course.
It explains perfectly what to expect and how to address every section, and Josh offers very clear and straight to the point explanations and advice. This is why the TST Prep Emergency Course was a lifesaver!. I went through all the videos, did all the homework, and followed all the suggestions during the exam. Thanks to this course, I scored 107 points, and I was very surprised my lowest score was 25 for Speaking, as I thought it was my weakest subject. I strongly recommend this course if you are looking for an emergency TOEFL preparation.
I had no experience with the TOEFL test before. The tips and tricks told to me with a smiling face helped me a lot to reduce my anxiety especially in the speaking section.
I have seen his videos at least five times and remembered the simple tips like “Avoid difficult words, speak like a teacher or speak as if you are talking to a ten-year-old child, etc.”
Previously I was not aware of your website and I was studying from other learning materials. I will again appear to get my dream score of 106 in the month of April 2020 when I will purchase your teaching package!
I am very happy today because I got the TOEFL score required for my admission on the first attempt. The only preparation I have done is Josh´s Emergency Course for just one week. I would like to thank Josh from the bottom of my heart. Credits go to him also for such an unparalleled video course.

I joined the TOEFL test during my study in Spain and I need at least a 92 TOEFL score for a scholarship requirement. My first score (Sept 21st, 2019) was 81 (20/24/19/18) before I took the TST Prep Emergency Course. After that (Nov 22nd, 2019) I climbed up to 88 (25/24/19/20), in 3rd attempt (Jan 4th, 2020) I was out of focus and failed makes me drop to 80 (15/25/19/21) because I was thinking that there are only 3 passages of reading, so I only worked on 30 of 40 Questions.
Finally, on the 4th attempt (Jan 18, 2020) I got 96 (26/28/20/22) and also claimed my scholarship. I believe that by joining the TST Prep course, my English skill has improved significantly. Some tips and tricks from TST really work to boost my score. With a bit of modification, I use the template learned from TST Prep and to obtain a higher score, it does not just make writing sessions easier and quicker to do but also lengthen my essay. The videos recorded by Josh are crystal clear and easy to understand.
This was my first time at the TOEFL and I was very nervous. I recalled Josh’s speech on living in the present moment and ideas to calm myself down. They really helped me to let loose and focus on the test. The TOEFL is a requirement for the online program I am looking forward to.
I have had my schooling and college in the English medium, so I did not really have to learn the language. However, getting tested on it was something I was not sure about what to expect. Hence, a crash course on TOEFL. The course helped me understand the format and be prepared for it. The tips and tricks on each section were really worth paying for.
After failing multiple times taking English tests, I finally came across a great solution to improve my skills. I highly recommend TST prep, because it provides you with exercises that are really close to what you will find on test day. Apart from that, they have great customer service if you have doubts about your courses.

Recently I had my TOEFL exam and I want to thank you for the Emergency course, in the Reading and Listening section my scores were very close to the practice exam. In the Speaking section, I got a better score than in practice. I could manage my time very well in the Writing Section. Finally, I got my score and I am very grateful for your help.
The Emergency Course helped me a lot in my preparation for the TOEFL, I could understand better what is the TOEFL and learned how to manage the time and taking notes on the test. This is my first time taking the TOEFL and I got an 89. I had to take the TOEFL as part of my application to the Fulbright Program.
I enrolled for the Emergency Course (Basic) and have tried to finish it. This will be my first TOEFL exam so I have to be on the double, take the review seriously, and of course reach my TOEFL score goal of 80+. I have then completed the Emergency Course which gave me a well-organized overview and structure of the actual TOEFL exams.
This course really helped me a lot and prepared me for the least possible time; gave me the background, expectations, how to address the questions, and of course professional tips on how to answer each section. TST Prep’s Emergency Course really is highly recommended for those people like me (whose English is not their primary language) who will be taking the TOEFL exam on their first time and with only a short period of time for their review. By the way, I scored 90 (for me, not bad for a first-timer, right?), but I believe I can do and score more than that if I had more time for my preparation and have taken the more advanced course from TST Prep. I got 83/120 on my iBT TOEFL test! I’m so happy that I lost my breath now! I just want to say thank you for your help, you help me survive with all the templates, practice, tips, tricks, and most importantly all the motivation that you gave me. If you wouldn’t post your video through YouTube and offered me through my E-mail, I probably won’t get this current score. I’ll let all my friends know about TST Prep so they can have a good score either way. Thank you so much, TST Prep. Have a good day! (…)

I can’t praise the TST prep team enough for the huge evolution I managed to accomplish in a little less than one month. I am sure that using the free resources, taking the emergency course, and doing the speaking evaluation with Todd was critical for achieving the results I needed.
This chapter of my life ends now and, as I leave this test behind, I am now closer to being an accredited veterinarian in the US. It might sound like I am overreacting, but your company will be a little bit responsible for each patient I manage to save in the future. I’d like to thank you, Marina, and all the TST prep team! By keeping up the good work during pandemic times you made a big difference in my life.
I prepared using TST preparation materials for the TOEFL exam. I wrote TOEFL for the first time and never had any past experience. I followed 2-week preparation based on the schedule provided by TST Prep officials. Actually, I am a non-native speaker and speaking section was challenging for me during practice hours.
I followed the template for speaking and I attended the exam after 14 days of my preparation. I was shocked because I got 90 in the first attempt with 22 in speaking. I recommend TST Prep for those fellows who really need to achieve success in the first attempt. Thanks, TST Prep team. Cheers to you guys.
I am a Brazilian student applying for American and Canadian universities. I took the TOEFL on the 8th and I got my results. I got 108!! I am super happy and I really would like to thank the team for the amazing course and support. It was very helpful. Thanks a lot.

I am writing to tell you that after taking the TOEFL exam on August 12th, I have finally received my results and I got a 120/120 score on my first attempt. I am positive I would not have been able to achieve such a great score if it hadn’t been for your Emergency Course and all of your helpful tips, videos, and resources.
Not only did you teach me how to take on this exam, but your videos and positive attitude always motivated me to keep studying in order to succeed. Therefore, I would like to personally thank you for helping me take the TOEFL and consequently getting into the University I wanted.
I wanted you to know that I gave my TOEFL iBT test and I scored 106/120I wanted you to know that I gave my TOEFL iBT test and I scored 106/120 Reading – 23/30 Listening – 26/30 Speaking – 27/30 Writing – 30/30 Thanks to Josh and your whole team for providing such efficient courses! It was my very first time giving the TOEFL exam, and I had no clue what to prepare and where to prepare from.
But then, while surfing through the browser, I found TST Prep and the courses offered by them. I decided to opt for the emergency course, and it turned out to be super informative in a very short amount of time. I am grateful to Josh and the whole TST Prep team for all the resources leading to a clearer understanding of the test. Thanks to this course, I scored 106 on the test.
I was on the lookout for a short but comprehensive course that could help me crack TOEFL and get me a score of 110+. The course offered by TST Prep, along with the tips and tricks, made my TOEFL journey a smooth one. Furthermore, the material they shared as part of the course and on mail was of great help.
With just a couple of days of preparation, I was able to score a 113 on the exam day. A special thanks to Josh for his guidance, and I hope this course can help other students achieve their dream score as well.
At first, I was suspicious about the effectiveness of the Emergency course: How could a few hours fundamentally change my TOEFL score? However, after starting, I realized what an impact one or two lessons already had on my mindset and focus throughout the practice tests. When I first started, I knew a lot about English but nearly nothing about the TOEFL. This is a significant difference. The test will not be as easy as you think it is, so preparation is key.
In the end, I was able to get a 116 overall score, full points in both Reading and Listening. The course has helped me concentrate, take notes and stay in the right headspace for the whole test duration. I was even able to finish both sections very early because of how well prepared I had been. Even if you might be unsure now, I can guarantee you will not be disappointed.
I took TOEFL once before but could not land at the desired score then. I wanted to give it a try again, and then while scrolling down youtube, I came across TOEFL videos by Josh and decided to take the TOEFL Emergency Course. This course contains every little detail one needs to know before appearing for the exam. There is homework as well, and I believe that one will benefit from this course by completing every associated task.
I am also very thankful to Josh for motivating me after every video lecture. After thoroughly going through this course and with regular practice for a month, I obtained a 104 in TOEFL. My reading score has improved by +5 (from 23 to 28), and the writing score has increased by +4 (from 22 to 26). I obtained 26 in the listening section and 24 in speaking. I think this course is just the best to get one’s goal score; hence highly recommend this to all the TOEFL aspirants. (…)
In order to apply for a master’s program in English Language and Literature, I had to score above 100. I can confidently say that the TOEFL Emergency Course not only helped me get the score that I needed but also changed my perspective on learning in general. When I first took the TOEFL test, I spent only a small amount of time preparing for the test, thinking that my level of English was already good enough to get a good score. Little did I know, I had to allocate more time, not only to prepare but also to change my mindset.
Quite frankly, TOEFL is not fun, but the extraordinary motivation from Josh MacPherson that you will experience as you take this Emergency Course will undoubtedly help you get the score you need. I was able to increase my TOEFL score by 10 points and get a 30 in Writing! In addition to this, I went from having a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. The sole important message I would like to convey is that the emergency course makes it POSSIBLE.
The TOEFL was really an emergency for me. I had very limited time and I really needed to get a great score in one sitting. I found out about TST Prep on YouTube and immediately purchased the Premium package, which includes the Emergency Course and six full TOEFL tests among A LOT of other things (such as the ultimate writing templates, which helped me earn such a high score). And it was the best decision I made.
Thanks to her, I achieved my dream score (and surpassed it, actually!)
I ended up having 25/30W, 27/30L, 28/30S, and 29/30W. THANK YOU, TST PREP!!!!!!
I was looking for material to prepare for TOEFL and stumbled upon Josh’s videos on YouTube. It took me no time to purchase the TST Prep’s TOEFL Emergency Course and followed Josh’s instructions religiously.
I was struggling with the reading section in the beginning, but structured video lessons, an excellent question bank, and a full-length test helped me gain confidence and attain my dream score of 101 and a perfect 30 in speaking! Score improvement 12+ points.
I will definitely recommend the Emergency Course to anyone who is expecting a high score. Thanks a lot for a great learning platform that you have created 🙂
I am just wondering where I’ve been before. There are so many useful resources that no official book would provide. Amazing teacher Katie Reaburn sent me many different materials only after one Trial Lesson. I finally found answers to my questions, and moreover, everything is extremely organized. Katie also gave me some personal tips on how to succeed with TOEFL. I really appreciate the teachers working there and the way they treat the students.
