Refund policy and terms of use

Complete Tests and Practice Packs for the TOEFL® and Duolingo English Test®

 

  1. All sales are final. You can create a free account today and gain access to free TOEFL® and Duolingo English Test® sample tests and practice questions for you to use in order to judge whether these products are a good fit. There are also free examples of the practice packs on the TST Prep site.
  2. Students will be granted immediate access to all purchased tests and practice questions. They will be notified of and sent any updated versions of the test up to one year after purchase.
  3. All questions are the property of TST Prep. Please refrain from sharing these questions since it is both illegal and detrimental to the growth of both students and TST Prep.

Courses for the TOEFL® and Duolingo English Test®

 

  1. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all courses. However, each client is only allowed one course refund.
  2. We do not offer refunds for courses that are given as a package bonus.
  3. All courses, tests, and practice materials (purchased or received) at TST Prep come with unlimited access for one year. There is no subscription plan. At the end of one year, you will simply be unable to access these materials (unless you purchase again).

TST Prep’s Classes for the TOEFL® and Duolingo English Test®

 

  1. We offer a refund up to 24 hours before the start of the first class session for all group class package purchases.
  2. We reschedule classes when they are canceled 24 hours in advance. If a student doesn’t show up to class or cancels after the 24-hour deadline, there will be no rescheduling of the lesson and no refund. Please understand that teachers plan their lessons around your schedule and other students can not meet teachers because you have already booked a lesson.
  3. There are no rescheduled lessons or refunds for group classes after the starting time. Every group class is recorded and you will be sent the recording via email.
  4. If you have booked private lessons, we offer refunds on any unused lessons for up to 30 days after the original purchase.
  5. Your purchased lessons are valid for up to 1 year after the date of purchase.
  6. Each student in private lessons is only allowed to reschedule one class per month, even if the request to reschedule is received more than 24 hours in advance.
  7. TST Prep reserves the right to not work with students who exhibit the following characteristics: unwillingness to work during or outside of class, excessive disrespect to TST Prep instructors, or inappropriate conduct that has a negative impact on the learning environment.

TST Prep’s Evaluations, Trial Lessons, and Ebooks

 

  1. Unused evaluations and trial lessons are refundable within 30 days after purchase.
  2. We reschedule evaluations and trial lessons when they are canceled 24 hours in advance. If a student doesn’t show up to class or cancels after the 24-hour deadline, there will be no rescheduled lesson and no refund.
  3. Your purchased speaking and writing feedback, evaluations and trial lessons are valid for up to 3 months after the date of purchase.
  4. All students are entitled to one speaking evaluation. If you need more help and guidance, consider enrolling in private or group classes.
  5. All book sales are final and non-refundable. Students are encouraged to download the free preview of the book before purchase.
