Cheryl Dalton
Cheryl particularly enjoys coaching students for the speaking and writing sections of the TOEFL exam, where her mentoring and coaching style shines. Her commitment to student success was recognized in 2018 when she was honored as ‘Teacher of the Year’ at the college where she taught.
She holds a Doctorate in Nursing, a Diploma in Global and Public Health, and a Missouri Teaching Certification for Adult Education. Cheryl’s passion for teaching, especially international students, led her to earn a TESOL certification five years ago. Since then, she has been teaching ESL classes at a community college and tutoring students online for TOEFL exams.
Beyond the classroom, Cheryl runs a writing business, helping individuals preserve their personal histories in legacy books for future generations. Cheryl is also an active Toastmaster, an international organization for public speaking and leadership development. She resides in the Ozarks of Missouri with her husband and their dog, Molly.
